Spanish Revival

This project was a new build in the Winship Park neighborhood of Ross, showcasing a modern Spanish design by Sutro Architects. Spanning 2,850 square feet, this home underwent a complete rebuild due to significant structural issues in the original property. It features exceptional craftsmanship highlighted by custom cabinetry, rich white oak flooring, and a hand-forged railing. The inviting living spaces include a plaster-wrapped fireplace, while the kitchen is designed with Calacatta Monet marble countertops. The collaboration with interior designer Lauren Nelson ensured the design met the overall vision, resulting in a stylish and functional residence that emphasizes comfort and quality.
